Cancellation Policy
Bookings must be cancelled a minimum of 15 days in advance to receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee, which applies to all cancellations. Please see our Rental Terms and Policies for more details. Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance, or as a result of any public health order/emergency, will receive a voucher to stay another time, likewise for incidents where weather prohibits access to our facility. No refunds or credits are available for reservations cancelled by guests less than 7 days in advance of their arrival date.
