Please review our cancellation policy below before booking your cabin.
In the event that you need to cancel your booking reservation, the following cancellation fees may be applicable:
- We will refund your full payment if you notify us a minimum of 7 days prior to your booking start date, with the exception of mandated closures under public health orders, see #3 in this case.
- No-shows & late arrivals are not be eligible for a refund.
- COVID-19 Business Closure: In the event that the Government of Nova Scotia mandates further business closures in the future, refunds will not be available for cancelled bookings. Vouchers will be given instead for use within 6 months of business re-opening.
To cancel your reservation please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. If you are eligible for a refund, you should see the amount applied as a credit to the credit/debit card that was used at the time of booking, approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank that issued your card. Refunds will be issued through our payment processor Stripe.com, and can only be issued to the original payment method used to place your booking order. It is not possible to send a refund to a different destination (e.g., another card or bank account). Refunds to expired or canceled cards are handled by your card issuer.
