Please review our cancellation policy below before booking your cabin.

In the event that you need to cancel your booking reservation, the following cancellation fees may be applicable:

  1. For bookings of 3 nights or less: we will refund your full payment if you notify us a minimum of 3 days prior to your booking start date.
  2. For bookings for 4 nights or more: we will refund your full payment with 30 days advance notice. If you cancel your reservation with at least 14 days notice from your booking start date, we will refund 50% of the total booking fees or provide you with a non-transferrable credit to re-book your stay for another time within the next 6 months.
  3. No-shows & late arrivals are not be eligible for a refund.

To cancel your reservation please email stay@ironmountaincabins.ca as soon as possible. If you are eligible for a refund, you should see the amount applied as a credit to the credit/debit card that was used at the time of booking, approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank that issued your card.  Refunds will be issued through our payment processor Stripe.com, and can only be issued to the original payment method used to place your booking order. It is not possible to send a refund to a different destination (e.g., another card or bank account). Refunds to expired or canceled cards are handled by your card issuer.
